Privacy policy

Like everything else I write, this is in plain English. Here's what I collect, why, and what I'll never do with it.

What I collect

• Things you give me: your name, email, website address and anything you write in a form - when you request a web review, book a call or contact me.
• Basic usage data: anonymous, privacy-respecting analytics about which pages get visited, so I can make the site better. No creepy cross-site tracking.

What I use it for

• Delivering the thing you asked for - your review, your call, your reply.
• Sending you marketing emails, only if you asked for them. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Improving the website and my services.

What I will never do

• Sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• Add you to lists you didn't ask to be on.
• Keep emailing you after you unsubscribe.

Where it lives

Form submissions go into a customer relationship system so I can reply and keep track of conversations. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. I keep data only as long as I need it for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll sort it - usually the same week, always within a month.

Cookies

I keep cookies to the minimum needed for the site to work and for the anonymous analytics above. No advertising cookies.
