Discovery call
Tell me what the tool needs to do. I'll ask the right questions to understand the use case properly, and I'll tell you honestly if there's a simpler or cheaper way.
Scope and quote
I scope the build properly and give you a fixed price before anything starts. You know the number and the timeline before you commit.
Build and review
You see the tool being built in real stages, not at the end. Feedback goes in as it goes along.
Launch and handover
I hand over a working product you understand and own, with documentation and a walkthrough.

What kinds of apps do you build?
Web apps and tools: scoring systems, dashboards, booking tools, internal trackers, client portals, AI-powered tools. Not native iOS or Android apps. If you're not sure whether your idea fits, just ask.
How do you price custom builds?
Fixed price, agreed upfront after scoping. I will not start building until the brief and price are signed off. Most builds land between £3,000 and £8,000 depending on scope.
How long does it take?
Depends entirely on the scope. Simple tools can be live in days. More complex builds take weeks. I'll give you a realistic timeline in the quote.
Could I just use an off-the-shelf tool instead?
Often, yes, and I will say so. A custom build is worth it when the off-the-shelf options genuinely do not fit, or when the subscriptions you are stacking cost more over two years than building it once. I will do that maths with you honestly.
Can you take over something someone else built?
Sometimes, depending what it's built with. Get in touch and I'll take a look.
