Do you actually meet clients in person?
If you're in Wigan, yes - happily. First chat over a brew at yours, mine, or somewhere in the middle. Most of the work happens remotely after that because it's faster, but you're dealing with someone whose kids go to school here, not a studio in London.

What does a website cost?

How long does it take?
Most sites go from kickoff to live within a couple of weeks, because the plan and content are agreed upfront. Custom builds are scoped with their own timeline.
